What I did

Mapped the reporting flows department by department. Built the pipeline: sources → Power Automate / Power Query → Power Apps → Power BI. Shipped dashboards that surface bottlenecks. Ran workshops and trainings to drive adoption.

My part

I built the platform and ran the adoption; the data model was defined with the IT team.

What it taught me

An internal tool only counts once people use it: adoption is designed, not hoped for.
