Hero media to come — Who’s Right

The story

In 2025 I taught myself to code and shipped Who’s Right to the App Store in under five months, with no prior coding experience. Five major versions followed, driven by user feedback and analytics.

My part

Everything: product, code (React Native, TypeScript, Node.js), the AI agent pipeline, App Store release, analytics, support.

Why I shut it down

Infrastructure cost stayed above revenue. The first paying subscribers came, but the unit economics didn’t close. I sunset the app in April 2026.

What I learned

Shipping solo end-to-end beats any course. Next time I validate willingness to pay before building the full pipeline — and I keep the infra bill in the business plan from day one.
